I’m an award-winning magazine editor and writer with experience in publishing, marketing, and strategic communications.  I've worked in public service, higher ed, and in the private sector supporting small business. As an educator, I've taught university-level courses in writing, publishing, journalism, communications, and public relations.

I have a graduate degree in environmental science and undergraduate training in environmental studies, communications, and journalism.  I can think of nothing more important at this time of unprecedented climate change than utilizing my skills, experience, and training to be a leading voice in support of climate action.
